Terms of Service

Pactio is operated by Shaanxi TriEdge Technologies Co., Ltd., registered in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China (“we”, “us”). These terms are an agreement between you and that company. By creating an account you accept them.

1. The service

Pactio is a commitment-keeping service: you record a promise, check in daily, and take part in a weekly review — by voice with a matched member, or in writing with AI. Pactio is not a medical, therapeutic, or financial service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of the information you provide. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the promises and notes you create. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service (storing your entries, generating reports, and delivering reviews).

4. Reviews with other members

Weekly voice reviews are audio-only and are not recorded. Treat your partner with respect; harassment, recording without consent, or sharing another member's information ends your access.

5. Subscriptions

Member access is $9 per month or $79 per year, billed through our payment processor. Trials, renewals, and cancellations are described in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Pactio to break the law, to harass others, or to automate abusive volumes of traffic. We may suspend accounts that put other members at risk.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous twelve months.

8. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app before they take effect. Continuing to use Pactio means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that we cannot settle with you directly may be brought before the competent court at our registered place of business in Xi'an, Shaanxi, China. Nothing in this section removes a mandatory consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
